Product Description:
It is a very strong rubber reinforcing agent that has significant advantages in terms of of improving tire tear strength, enhancing flexion fatigue resistance of the tire wall, improving the stiffness of unvulcanized rubber, improving the adhesion of rubber to steel wire or cord fabric, reducing the heat of tread rubber and improving braking system etc. Among them, ordinary white carbon black (SD-180 ) is mainly used in the crown formula of all-steel truck tires, OTR tires and bias tires and the quantity to be used is 10-25phr. Its main function is to resist tearing, cutting and chipping. It can also be applied to belt layer meta-methyl-white bonding systems and the quantity to be used is 10-15phr. Highly dispersed silica (such as: SD-9180, SD-9120 ) is mainly used in the crown formula of green semi-steel radial tires and the quantity to be used is 30- 80phr, mainly reduces tire rolling resistance and improves wet skid resistance.
