Characteristics

The mechanical and physical properties of aluminum can be improved by adding alloying elements which are often referred to as hardened elements. Aluminum based intermediate alloy has the characteristics of high content of hardened elements, easy to use and economic. It is the best way to add hardened elements. The intermediate alloy can be used when the temperature of the liquid aluminum is low, which can reduce the slag and reduce the solubility of hydrogen. Lower furnace temperatures can also reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of the furnace.
