Uses

It is suitable for the situation that the dissolution rate is high and the furnace temperature is low, and it is not easy to stir the aluminum liquid. The co-solvent helps to remove the oxide layer on the metal surface, so that the powder particles, sponges or acicular elements are directly in contact with the aluminum solution to achieve the rapid dissolution of the product.

Characteristics

Through the accurate mixing of raw materials, the accurate control of high element content is achieved (the element content is 75%, 80%, 85%, or 100% for some products). The elemental raw material is mixed with aluminum powder or sodium-free, non-hygroscopic cosolvent in the form of powder, sponge block or needle. The absorption of elemental additives depends on the aluminides formed by the powder particles of alloying elements.
